SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on or after Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. All rates may change upon ordering. You will be contacted via email if necessary.

CUSTOMS/ EXPECTED ORDER

NOTE: Payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Check with your countries customs, what duties or taxes may apply before ordering. Customers are responsible for accepting items based on the delivery options they have chosen. Re-delivery needs to be arranged and paid by the customer. 

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address for their order. If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete we will not refund or replace a customer's order. If the purchase is returned to sender, you will be charged an extra reshipment cost.

 

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES: 

We ( ESHE STUDIOS ) are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package has been lost please contact the courier to check the status of the order.

CANCELLED/CHANGED ORDER:

If you need to cancel or change your order after the transaction has been processed, please email contact@eshestudios.com immediately. We do not guarantee cancellations or changes.
